Auto User Permissions Transfer

By default, with this feature your all permissions will be transferred to destination cloud accordingly. Our AI will identify your users either by the exact match or by name match. Based on this permissions will transfer. In case of any fault, our engine gives you the brief report about the count of permission mapping. But don’t worry you can also correct them using our next feature. Let’s go through it…

Manual User Permission Transfer

In case of faults, you can manually edit and upload permission mapping. In this attribute, we are giving you unique facility of downloading the permission mapping list and editing all user permissions manually. After that, re-upload the mapping list for the further migration processes.

Get all Share Links for Files & Folders

Robust Plotting Options

Our app embedded AI system access you several data plotting options from source to destination. Either you set the same path transfer as it in your native cloud or you can set different paths just by your own. 1. Auto Plotting

Through this feature, your complete enterprise map or structure transfer in target cloud same as in your domestic. Also you here approached with two kinds of alternatives:

1.1 Exact Match

We are using this functionality in the auto permission mapping. In this neither the name nor the domain is going to be changed. We are just finding the exact match of the users in the source and destination. In case of failure in exact we move the next step of name match. This all is just for letting you know that how procedure happens in backend. So the next step…

1.2 Name Match

As informed earlier, this process happens after the failure of first step that is “Exact Match”. In this process our platform just finds the matching name for the auto permission mapping in both source and destination cloud accordingly.

2. Cross Plotting

By this feature, you can change the positions of old users by new. You can exchange or remove the authorities and paths between user’s accounts in your selected, new cloud service.

3. CSV plotting

If you just don’t want to put yourself in trouble of Auto Plotting and Cross Plotting, then this is an exclusive feature for you. We are granting you with attribute of downloading a model CSV (a characteristic of pre-migration report) from the given powerful admin console. Then you should just have to edit the source email, source path, destinations email and destination path of the users you want to migrate and then re-upload it. Then the procedure of precise validation of re-uploaded file takes place, to check any kind of manual mistake by the admin (user of our application). In case a wrong path or sub path a very detailed report is given to the admin for the further correction and in case of error in destination path we create requires folder in automate method. If also you want to do migration after creating a new folder inside the user cloud then this is also a child play for us.

Folder Display Mechanism

In Data Relocate, we are presenting you a truly dynamic structure of files and folder both in the source and the destination cloud. Admin will access to have the view of files and folders dynamically. So, they can easily do the migrations. They can migrate the inner or root folder. Comments

Along with user data comments will also get migrated with our platform. This is just for your sake so that you wouldn’t lose anything whiles the transfer. Your comment will migrate to your destination in a separate CSV file. You will get the comment file in the destination cloud with the same file name in which the comment happened along with (.CSV) domain.
