Data Relocate also wants your agreement to not to do any upload, post, or transmit or make available any piece of content that:

a) you do not have authority or right to make available under any law, constitution or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insights information, or proprietary and confidential information that is protected under nondisclosure agreements)

b) violate any copyright, trade secret, patent, other proprietary rights of any party or trademark.

c) is obscene, libelous, abusive, harmful, unlawful threatening, defamatory, harassing, tortuous, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or invasive of another’s privacy.

You must grant the services only from the interface that is provided by Data Relocate. You may not acquire the services or any kind of content through any automated means (including use of any web crawlers, scripts or bots). You must not override or circumvent any security components or infringe any terms, conditions and rules relating to the security of technology or material on the services. As a member of such a repudiated company you have to follow all the above mentioned conditions thoroughly while using the application. Third Party Charges:

Yours agreement with Data Relocate shall not anyway be liable to you or any other third party for disbanding, stopping or deactivation of your account (that you had created while taking our services or while installing our software or application).

You abandon any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction, authority or administration over you by such courts and to place in such courts. All matters relating to the services and these terms of use and any dispute, conflict, argument or claim arising there from or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be controlled by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of North Carolina without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any constitutional or legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms of services (TOS) or the service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States of America in the district of North Carolina or the courts of the state of North Carolina, except that we retain the right to bring any suit, action or proceeding against you for contravention of these terms of use in your country of residence or any other relevant country where the user, client or customer resides.

Limitation of Time to file any kind of Assert:

Company’s Authority and Rights:

The Company (Data Relocate) reserves every kind of right and authority to suspend, discontinue or abandon company services at any time with or without any prior notice, info or warning. The Company also reserves the authority or right to immediately disconnect the customer’s, clients or users individual service or discontinue the customer’s service agreement at any time with or without any prior notice, warning or info.

Early Cessation Charge Fees:

For annually or yearly subscriptions cancelled by the client, user or customer at any time during the period of year, the customer, client or user have to assumes full responsibility for payment of services for the entirety of year of the service agreement and for the service validity. All promotional plans or additional benefits offered to the customer at the time of the service agreement, such as subscription upgrades, compensated or discounted service pricing, free installations, rebates, or any and all other incentives, are provided to the customer based on a fixed agreement for a specific duration of company services. The company does not prorate service fees for cancelled subscriptions, monthly or yearly, and no refunds will be issued in any kind of condition or situation.

Unless otherwise specified in the offer and noted in the terms of the customer’s binding service agreement, the service period begins on the order date. For monthly subscriptions cancelled by the customer at any time during the month, the customer assumes full responsibility for payment of services for the entirety of the final month of service and for the service validity.

If the customer, client or user terminates service before the expiration of the period of time specified in the customer’s service agreement, whether monthly or yearly, the customer will be subject to an Early Termination Fee (“ETF”). The applicable ETF is assessed based upon the customer’s specific service subscription plan, and the ETF is calculated according to the terms of the agreement for the customer’s selected rate plan or service package.

Terms of Services (TOS):

The term of services (TOS) refers to that selected span of time for which the company (Data Relocate) will periodically charge the customer, user or client (you) in advance of service. The service term is the term selected by the customer from the available options at the time of signing up for the company’s service, either one month or one year or as mentioned in the package. The services terms does not begin on the day the customer receives any ordered equipment. The service term does not begin the first time the customer uses the company services. The first service term begins on the date the Customer placed the order for the company’s application or software services.

This is an indefinite duration contract with no set end date. Beginning on the Order Date, the Customer’s service will continue indefinitely until cancelled by the Customer or by the Company, as detailed below under “Company Rights.” The Customer assumes all financial responsibilities and obligations for payment of Company services as set forth herein.

Automatic Renewal:

Service term renewal is automatically enacted on the first day following the end of the customer’s current service term. At the expiration of the customer’s original service term, the service term agreement shall be automatically renewed by the company and will continue in full force and effect for the specific term the customer selected on the original order date. The Customer has the right to terminate services before the last day of the current service term by contacting the company at the given contact e- mail id in the respective section.

Complete Contract:

The entire agreement between the Data Relocate and its customers, users or clients is agreeing about the terms of services and privacy policy with respect to the Data Relocate’s website and its service, supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the website or the service. So this is a kind of conclusion of the agreement that you have to kindly agree for taking any kind of service(s) of Data Relocate.
